TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders are accepted subject to a deposit of 35%. Deposits can be paid by cheque, Bank transfer, or cash. A further 45% will be required on a larger project.
Quotations will be held for 3 months once a deposit is paid but prices are subject to change according to material price increases.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund due to unforeseen circumstances.
The final balance must be paid on the day of installation before we leave the customer’s premises/property, no exceptions will be accepted. Please pay by Bank transfer or cash. If payment is not paid before we leave the customer’s premises/property we reserve the right to remove the Entrance Gates or Garage Doors. Any previous gates/garage doors will not be restored.
All goods remain the property of Wooden Gates Ireland until full payment is made on the day of installation.
Unfortunately, as all our products are made to your exact requirements, once work has commenced the deposit is non-refundable.
